Ode to July: Pockets for all my treasures

Wherein I had my first holiday since life was turned upside down almost 6 years ago.  It was a peaceful staycation that included a visit to see a dear friend.  She made me a delicious lunch and we chatted away as we always do.  I also visited a newish friend and her handsome horses. I mostly rested, read books, and enjoyed being home.  My neighbors invited me over for homemade pizza and we talked and laughed for hours.  The following week, I also made a pizza because it's my comfort food.  The hibiscus is blooming like mad, much to the delight of neighbors.
