Summering Begins : June

I see skies of blue and clouds of white
The bright blessed day, the dark sacred night
And I think to myself what a wonderful world.

- Louis Armstrong

How we love summer!  Finding wild mulberries, visits from critters and visits with friends.  Creekin' and fishing.  Sketching and swimming.  Sunsets and sleepovers.  Gloriously long days. and good sleeps.  A gift of a gum ball machine.  And homemade almond milk.

Jupiter kisses the moon.

Farewell 6th Grade

"There is something you must always remember.
You are braver than you believe,
stronger than you seem,
and smarter than you think."

 - A.A. Milne (The House at Pooh Corner)

They ended the school year with summery shenanigans and a graduation ceremony.  In the Fall they will be attending Middle School!  He wore a formal wizard robe inspired by our trip to the Wizarding World of Harry Potter.
