How to entertain your 1 year old son during a kitchen renovation - For hours of fun, just give him a box of tissues... (Lauren gave me the idea several years ago)

Day 4 of kitchen renovation: Robert was taking down the hideous drop ceiling when a portion of the original ceiling fell on top of him. There is now a hole in the northeast section and we can see clear through to the attic...more neglect from the previous owners. We will have to repair the damaged lathe before hanging plasterboard. Tomorrow we will remove the last scrap of lineoleum and sand the original pine plank floors. Saturday we'll get an estimate on the ceiling repair.
