Yuletide

We decked the halls even though this year ends on sorrowful note.  I'm not feeling very festive, but trying to make a magical holiday for my son.  The vintage reindeer are scattered around the house, atop bathroom cabinets, near the sinks. There are little wintry things near our beds.

I'm not sending out as many postcards for all the reasons, and those I'm sending will likely be late.

We are having our annual Solstice Party as my son wishes to continue the tradition.  It will lift our spirits.
