Apple Pickin' 2014: Harvesting

We awoke to the savory scent of Mushroom Barley Stew simmered slowly in the crock over night.  Carefully ladled into mason jars and placed into the picnic basket with a crusty baguette for our annual autumnal jaunt.  The air was cold but the stew was still hot after picking apples and savored on a quilt in the grassy sprawl between rows of trees in the orchard. 

I know what I bring to the table.
I bring moments to be remembered.
I bring delicious foods to be savored.
I bring warmth.
