Big weekend! A hay ride, a concert and a trip to the orchard to do some apple pickin' because Satch wants to make homemade applesauce and we all want to eat it! In anticipation of our appley-outing we made this apple sushi for lunch. It was a big hit so now I'm thinking of other combos whilst the novelty lasts!
